Stephanie graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree with distinction. Prior to pursuing Osteopathy, she obtained a degree in Sports Rehabilitation (including level 5 sports massage) and has experience in providing rehabilitation programmes for injured individuals and those aiming for sporting goals.

She competed as a gymnast for several years and continued as a coach and judge for 10 years.

She firmly believes in adopting a whole-body and patient-centred approach, understanding the intricate connection between mental health, stress, trauma, and their profound effects on the body. By acknowledging and addressing these factors, she strives to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to all her patients. As well providing them with the tools to self-manage alongside osteopathic treatment.

Stephanie has a passion for providing and advocating for inclusive and affirming healthcare practices for the LGBTQI+ community, particularly those who are Transgender and Non-Binary. Ensuring that everyone receives the highest level of care and support they deserve that respects their unique experiences and needs.
